Fun & Effective Ways to Stay Fit

Not me writing this after devouring 3 servings of fries😅😂. Potatoes don't counnttt😭😂.Being an adult means you're stacking up more calories because you're not out playing and mostly are just stuck on a chair for almost 8 hrs per day. So we have to be creative in ways to stay healthy and fit and we're going to look at simple ways for us to keep fit:  Swimming . Very low  impact sport and honestly pretty affordable. If you can't swim, don't worry I got you covered. Luck for you, I am a swimming instructor and just for you I'll offer you free swimming lessons for the first two lessons😂😂. Don't worry fam, I got you😏 Cycling . OK OK, I can't lie to y'all😅, I can't cycle to save my life😂. But,😂 I heard it's a great form of exercise since it pretty much incorporates your whole body.
