Best Cartoons Growing Up: Nostalgia Ep

I think we can all agree we had the best cartoons growing up lol. Cartoon Network was the plug for real😂. So for this post were going back in time to a simpler time to look at some of the best cartoons growing up. You just had to be there💗 Cow and chicken . ♪♪mommy had a chicken, mommy had a cow, dad was proud, he didn't care how♪♪ This was a banger fr fr and the villain was so creepy as well as with most villains for shows we grew up😭. Papyrus . I don't know if you guys remember this one because it usually came on on some unusual cable channel but it was soo good y'all. Kids Next Door . I was number 5 when we were younger, that's just an indication that i would be cool when I grew up I mean, she was so chill and cool man😂. Sixteen . I believe this show is what made malls a thing fs . Plus they made me wanna grow up so badd. I rated this show fr and I would definitely rewatch it right now. The Grim Adventures Of Billy And Mandy . First of, how were these two sibling...

...it's definitely TMI

Murugi Munyi and Lydia K.M definitely made me love Wednesdays(see what I did there😂). No because it's literally a breath of fresh air we all need in the middle of the week❤. Why is The Messy Inbetween the best podcast you ask? Because the co hosts have a great sense of humor which is definitely a plus in my opinion. They discuss important topics like mental health which is kinda shunned on in our community and its honestly beautiful to see and understand the importance of mental health and therapy. TMI also insists on the importance of being comfortable in our own changing bodies which honestly leads to a better and more fulfilled life both physical and sexual. PS. How annoying is it when someone says Lydia Kim instead of K.M😐 From queenbetweeners to kingbetweeners we're all welcome and it really is a warm atmosphere where one feels understood and entertained. Very essential life skills like saving, spreading awareness, self reflection and some realities about life we are oft...

Live and Change Everything:Blu Lace 16

Artist Blue Lace 16 A musical artist, singer, songwriter and rapper, I mean  talk about a man of many talents😂. Blu Lace 16 is a Kenyan artist, one of 7 members of the Deep State Mob(DSM) which is a hip hop collective of independent artists(Mista Ree, AmBarrack Ohumar, B3nnar, Spree, Mike MG, YvngAP). Discovering he had a musical talent pretty early on, Blu started his music journey as early as 16 and even went ahead to study music in Uni .From hip hop to contemporary to indie to drill, I wasn't kidding about the many talents thing😂😂 he literally does it all😂. Deriving inspiration form The Weeknd, Blu Lace 16 has a melodic sound to his music which honestly is a breath of fresh air and helping in the evolution of the Kenyan hip hop scene and hopes for a collaboration with Nyashinski and Octopizzo which I'm hoping we will see in the near future. So if you vibe to rap music mixed with multiple genres and cultures be sure to check him out. Blu Lace 16 on all pla...

When I Grow Up...

I often wonder if there's an age one gets to and feels they are finally grown. Like you feel grown . Because when I was little, I figured by eighteen you would have life figured out. Kinda naïve tbh but I didn't know better I guess. When I grow up I wanna have my shit together. I want to be emotionally stable I want to know the true meaning of being happy. But honestly guys, do you think someone can be happy forever? Or is it just fleeting moments of happiness that we have to treasure.  When I grow up, I want to be better in money management. I don't know if there is a class for this😂. If there is, hook a sister up😂. Because I feel as a generation, we should definitely be very knowledgeable about money management especially saving and investing. I want to go to therapy, I think everyone needs therapy to live a more fulfilled life but damn is it expensive😅 but its definitely on my savings list. I think everyone should invest in this because we all have some skeletons and ...

Accessorizing: Taking Your Look To The Next Level

Your reflection...what do you see when you look at yourself in the mirror before going out. Do you feel like you need a little something to complete your look? Well everything melanin to the rescue🦸😂  Ok so we can start from head to toe so we don't forget anything. Hair Clips I think hair clips are an underrated accessories I mean c'mon(in Costarican dude's voice 😂)I personally love hair clips especially since I like wearing my hair in natural hairstyles. But on braids too omg...I think it definitely can add a little cuteness to a fit. Sunnies !! Very sophisticated and mysterious vibes😂. Honestly people who rock sunglasses are elite, on their own league I swear. Earrings . I must admit I don't often remember putting on earrings but when I do its always a good idea. But I just feel earrings look so much better if you have multiple ear piercings. Necklaces and chokers yaay! Yes, chockers are still in for me once in a while especially for just a casual fit it can tak...

Twitter

Ooooweeeee... Well this is a slippery slope👀😂. Twitterrrr...I actually love twitter. Though I have only been active for like two years now. But damn isn't that the most addictive toxic relationship ever😂 . And KE is like on top of all of that😂 Its like a public journal, literally anything goes. The feeling you get posting your first EVER tweet even though literally no one will see it. 😂 But the thing I love most about twitter... although it can brutal asf😅😅, there's a sense of community there and that's pretty rare on the internet where basically  ''it's all about me'' is the motto. No clout chasing tolerated🐕. If you're not active on twitter just log in, go to the search page and just go through everything that's trending I think that can pretty much tell you if that's the app for you. Plus it's reading!! And if you're reading my blog you defo like a little literature in your life😂. It's literally like a morning paper I ...
