...it's definitely TMI

Murugi Munyi and Lydia K.M definitely made me love Wednesdays(see what I did there😂). No because it's literally a breath of fresh air we all need in the middle of the week❤.

Why is The Messy Inbetween the best podcast you ask? Because the co hosts have a great sense of humor which is definitely a plus in my opinion. They discuss important topics like mental health which is kinda shunned on in our community and its honestly beautiful to see and understand the importance of mental health and therapy. TMI also insists on the importance of being comfortable in our own changing bodies which honestly leads to a better and more fulfilled life both physical and sexual.

PS. How annoying is it when someone says Lydia Kim instead of K.M😐

From queenbetweeners to kingbetweeners we're all welcome and it really is a warm atmosphere where one feels understood and entertained. Very essential life skills like saving, spreading awareness, self reflection and some realities about life we are often ignorant about and how we can navigate it.

All in all make sure you subscribe to their podcast on all platforms, on YouTube and their Instagram all TMI podcast KE:)Oh and follow their main pages if you want to be motivated by this beautiful QUEEENS!!ps Lyd and Jo you are my role models fr if you see this and I love y'all😂😙!

An everything shower has to be one of the better human experiences. You end up feeling and smelling sooo good. I love how everyone has a combination of different scents and products that combine to form their own unique scent. OK, so we are looking at how to maximize on an everything shower plus post care so it can last the whole day for you. I recommend skimming through the whole blog first then trying it out:) Let us begin shall we? We are going from head to toe so we start with hair, I already have a perfect hair washday blog on here which I will link here>( the perfect hair washday routine )OK. The face will have to be a good cleanser, then a moisturizer I do not want to recommend specific brands because everyone has their own brands that work for them. I would also advice to use cold water to rinse your face it does wonders for my pores. Make sure to wash your ears and behind your ears because that is where most hair products tend to accumulate and cause dirt. Teeth Veeery impo...

Hair Mistakes I Made So You Don't Have To

There is so much you need to do just to maintain healthy hair. But, it is all about getting a routine, a simple one that you can be consistent with in the long run. Enough about that, today we are talking about things you should not do for healthier hair. So be prepared to be triggered a little with things I know you do👀. But don't be too hard on yourself, you didn't know better:)I am tagging myself as well. Combing my hair when its dry is an absolute no. Why? Well, dry hair equals brittle hair which makes it susceptible to easy breakage. The best way to do it is while it's damp since it has most elasticity then. Using rubber bands on hair . This is a big no no. Rubber bands tend to pull and cut hair so avoid them completely. Use proper hairbands preferably those without the little metal plate. Protective styles that are too tight . Just thinking about this gives me a headache😭. I mean, why do we do this, it's just unnecessary, especially around the edges. Having tho...
