Holiday Blues

The festive season is upon us!! But how festive is this festive season. Some people just see it as the last month of a really shitty year. Some people may have lost someone around this time another year as statistically more road accidents happen during this time of the year. Some people have to be at work which sucks unless of course you don't celebrate this holiday which is also a whole other realm of discussion. And some well some don't have anyone to celebrate it with which is fine unless you enjoy spending it with your loved ones which may include family and or friends.

So guys please be nice and also if you can share...I mean, that is the whole point of this holiday. For those going through it, it could help if you surround yourself with something or someone who can make you feel less shitty that includes doing an activity even if it's by yourself if could really help with a boost in your spirits.

And I know we basically do not know each other but I love you ,each and every one of you my small little circle. Have the best December yet and enjoy responsibly because you still have the whole rest of your life ahead of you. HAPPY HOLIDAYSSS!!!💖:)

On the fourth of October, Goethe Institut set up a much needed end of the week event showcasing Kenyan talent through a concert curated by Tangaza magazine. The whole set up was meant to vibe and  be acquainted with three of our very own Kenyan talent.  The vibe was already set from beginning as the DJ, DJ Dauudi.O , welcomed people coming in with a good mix of songs that made the energy just right for future performances, y'know setting the mood😂. As did the MC's , Corrine Kahi and Ivix D.Kioi who were very engaging with the crowd in preparation for the upcoming performances and got everyone's spirit up and excited. There were also refreshments offered by Die Bar.ist.A which included some pretty good cocktails y'know, to start the weekend right😅 and capturing the whole event through his lens was Nairobi Phoet .  The first performance was by the lovely Njeri and her pianist Wacuka . She had very good crowd engagement encouraging sing alongs here and there which we...
