City Under The Sun

Nairobi, the city that never sleeps. Growing up and basically living here all my life, I really never got to appreciate Nairobi until I got older and started exploring the city. When you look at it from a tourist perspective there's really a lot to discover in the city.

From music to eateries to views even a whole national park, (which is the only city with a national park in the world!), there is so much diversity.

Even just within the CBD, I bet 9/10 of you have never been inside Archives👀 I mean it's not just a landmark guys😂. And KICC which is one of the tallest buildings in Kenya and you can pay little money to go all the way to the top for pretty epic views. Then later you can go to Klabu for decent priced food and out of this world combos I'm telling you.

There is a scene for everyone due to the diversity when it comes to different cuisine. So if you'd maybe like to expand your pallet and experience different kinds of food from different cultures luckily, finding such spots has been made easier by the Internet🕺🏿.

For the Dora's like me😊, adventure awaits us!😂. From mellow to extreme adventure there are options. Picnics, parks, ziplining, hiking, camping and guess what? All available around Nairobi:)

If you enjoy the nightlife, I meann, it's literally in the name😂. I think the night scene is a major part of experiencing Nairobi as people are out and about till as late as you wanna be out😂. Different clubs ranging from aesthetics, menu, music etc.

So yeah, if you have some money saved up and you don't know where to go, just google online something that you would actually enjoy to do or something new you would like to experience and go for it! ❤

Good Vibes and Good Music: Lil T33

Shout out to hood 64 for raising a star🌟. A range of human expression is how we should describe Lil T33's style of music as it delves deep feelings of love and intense emotion, y'know music to get you in your feels. When you're going through heartbreak, Tee is there to get you through it😅. When it comes to talent, it definitely runs in this family and I'm honored to have interviews both the cousins(T33 and Blu Lace 16) who have inspired Lil T33 to begin his musical journey and to continue at it even releasing music together. From Victorious to Big Time Rush, Lil T33 was inspires literally by the greats to start creating as a form of expression. Music to him is an outlet to express how he feels which is commendable considering how this generation always tries to mask their feelings.       And we all love an artist who isn't afraid to experiment and try new sounds. I dare you to put a mic infront of him and not create magic. If you want to be introduced to Lil Tee I

A Heart Of Gold: Virginia Children's Home

Bluverse in partnership with TashaSasha Foundation organized an event to help the children of Virginia Children's Home through donations, visiting and spending time with the children. Founders of Bluverse and TashaSasha Foundation The Home is located in Utawala and from the minute I got there I could feel the warmth radiating from the children as members took part in cooking, braiding, hair cuts and playing with the children. The home houses roughly 20 children  and the mother of the children shared her journey of why and how she came about starting the home and it was truly inspirational and you could tell she cared and truly loves each and every one of the kids who range from a form four student to the youngest girl who is only four years old. the Mum who takes care of the children🤍 As the first Home I have visited, I was truly inspired with the existence of such pure hearts including the organizations that made this happen and their willingness to extend their love to complete
