3 Day Juice Cleanse and It's Benefits

First of no I'm no doctor I'm just talking from experience so do not come at me nutritionists😭😂.

I try to do juice cleanses quarterly every year but you can do them as often as you like monthly also.

What exactly is a juice cleanse? It's when your diet consists only if fruit and veggies for the whole period which the cleanse lasts which for me is 3 days. So choose any 3 consecutive days of the week that feel comfortable for you to do it, I prefer during the weekdays.

How I determine when I want/need to do a juice cleanse:

  • When I feel bloated all the time
  • Craving sugary things which make this experience especially harder
  • Feeling constantly tired
  • When my skin looks dull or irritated
  • When my allergies are heightened
  • Over sweating
  • Mood swings

PS. Some of these may happen if you're on your period or before for the ladies but I think you can tell the difference.

So, I had tried starting this week but I thought it is better to do it with you guys:)(I fell into temptation on the first day is the real reason😂)

OK, so my plan is fruit juice for breakfast, a fruit for lunch then vegetables for dinner and we are going to be using the fruits in season and available. If you want a sweetener you can use honey not sugar.

A good combination of fruits for the juices I like are:

Pineapple, cucumber, passion fruit and honey

Kale, green apples, cucumber and lemon

Mangoes and ginger

Watermelon and lemons

Fruit salads work as well if a blender is not available and works just as well. Just cut up the fruit and mix them all together.

Juice cleanses help in improving overall gut health and improves my mental health drastically. I mean what is the harm in trying it it's just fruit right?

Tell me on the everythingmelaninblog page on insta if you have any good combinations so we can all try and if it help, please make sure to share the blog with friends:) Have a nice week guys💛

Good Vibes and Good Music: Lil T33

Shout out to hood 64 for raising a star🌟. A range of human expression is how we should describe Lil T33's style of music as it delves deep feelings of love and intense emotion, y'know music to get you in your feels. When you're going through heartbreak, Tee is there to get you through it😅. When it comes to talent, it definitely runs in this family and I'm honored to have interviews both the cousins(T33 and Blu Lace 16) who have inspired Lil T33 to begin his musical journey and to continue at it even releasing music together. From Victorious to Big Time Rush, Lil T33 was inspires literally by the greats to start creating as a form of expression. Music to him is an outlet to express how he feels which is commendable considering how this generation always tries to mask their feelings.       And we all love an artist who isn't afraid to experiment and try new sounds. I dare you to put a mic infront of him and not create magic. If you want to be introduced to Lil Tee I

A Heart Of Gold: Virginia Children's Home

Bluverse in partnership with TashaSasha Foundation organized an event to help the children of Virginia Children's Home through donations, visiting and spending time with the children. Founders of Bluverse and TashaSasha Foundation The Home is located in Utawala and from the minute I got there I could feel the warmth radiating from the children as members took part in cooking, braiding, hair cuts and playing with the children. The home houses roughly 20 children  and the mother of the children shared her journey of why and how she came about starting the home and it was truly inspirational and you could tell she cared and truly loves each and every one of the kids who range from a form four student to the youngest girl who is only four years old. the Mum who takes care of the children🤍 As the first Home I have visited, I was truly inspired with the existence of such pure hearts including the organizations that made this happen and their willingness to extend their love to complete
